One Room. One Team. One Direction.

What do you call a room full of people coming together to talk about the future of a business? Whatever the name, it was a fantastic opportunity to align, collaborate, and strengthen our vision as one team.

A few weeks ago, Brown and Moodie brought together our senior leadership team for a planning and information session focused on where we are today and where we want to be in the next 12 months. The discussions covered key areas of the business, including an overall business update, drafting, fabrication, and Work Health and Safety, as well as the goals and initiatives that will drive our continued growth.

The energy in the room was outstanding, with great ideas, healthy discussions, and a shared commitment to building a stronger future for the business.
